If you call our business phone number, we may receive your phone number and call details such as the time and duration of the call. If you text our business number, we receive your phone number and the content of your text messages.

How we use information

Service providers

Leverage Built uses service providers to operate this website and its business communications. These may include HubSpot for inquiry forms, customer relationship management, and meeting scheduling; HighLevel (LeadConnector) for business communications, phone services, and text messaging; Google Workspace for email, calendar, and business documents; and OpenAI services, including ChatGPT Sites, for website creation, hosting, and related services. These providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and our use of their services.

AI-assisted services

We may use artificial intelligence and automation tools to help process inquiries, organize information, draft or support responses, assist with scheduling, operate business workflows, and provide our services. These tools are used under our direction. We do not intentionally use automated systems to make consequential decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you text our business number, or separately consent to receive text messages through one of our forms or another documented opt-in method, we may use your mobile number and messages to respond to your inquiry, ask questions related to your request, schedule or confirm appointments, and provide support.
